SUNSET PARK
Home to many generations, Santa Monica’s Sunset Park grew up in the 1940s with the aviation boom. Today's residents are likely to be professional couples with young children, attracted to excellent schools and a Riviera climate. Clover Park and Marine Park are the recreation centers, with the ocean a walk away. A family place where neighbors take care of each other, the neighborhood is bound by Pico and Lincoln Boulevards and is home to about a third of Santa Monica’s population.
